The Gamer Symphony Orchestra recently performed at the Smithsonian American Art Museum as part of an exhibition titled The Art of Video Games.
The exhibition is one of the largest dedicated to video games by a major art museum.
The Gamer Symphony Orchestra is a student-run project at the University of Maryland. It boasts more than 100 musicians including 30 singers. It was begun in 2005, the inspiration of founder Michelle Eng.
